WHO ARE WE?
OUR AMBITION
Turning every piece of plastic waste into an educational tool
and life for future generations .
In Senegal, BANCO! collects and recycles plastics through a model factory run by women in Gandon. From schoolchildren to their benches, this unique project fights pollution while creating a sustainable ecosystem that unites associations, private companies and public authorities. We recycle, we manufacture, we inspire.
We recycle , we manufacture , we inspire .

SOCIAL IMPACT
Quality Jobs and Female Leadership
BANCO generates more than 15 sustainable jobs, with a fair salary policy, and places women in management. Our Senegalese partners are essential in recruitment and training.
Awareness
and Education
We involve a network of 50 schools in plastic collection, raising awareness among young people about the environment while creating a virtuous circle: the plastic collected is recycled into boards used to make school furniture.
Art and
Local Innovation
The project promotes local art through the Gobies of S. Sarr and is based on a sustainable and reproducible model: an ecological factory on communal land, powered by solar energy, with a water treatment plant and a vegetable garden for the staff.
Reduction of the
Plastic Pollution
Every day, 1 tonne of plastic is collected, recycled and transformed into boards, reducing deforestation and wood imports while contributing to a healthier environment.
